Eight of floor of a building numbered 1 , 2 , 3 ...8 .the lowest most floor numbered one & top most floor numbered 8 and the floor names are P , Q , R , S ,T , U , V , W are gifted to eight state CM's from West bengal , Bihar , Odisha , Assam , Andhra pradesh , Telengana , Kerala , Punjab for their extra ordinary work but not necessarily in the same order. There is exactly one floor between Q and W. The Kerala C.M floor is just below W. W not gifted to either Punjab or Assam CM. V is adjacent to Q but not adjacent to W. The odisha cm floor is four floors above the Kerala cm floor. P is just above R and neither of them hasgifted to odisha or kerala cm . There are at least two floors below R. The west Bengal cm floor is just above the Bihar cm floor . U is neither gifted to kerala cm nor is at the top. The Assam cm floor not at the bottom. T which has gifted to andhra pradesh CM is four floor below P.
